Founded in 2003, Bohbot & Riles Law, LLP provides legal services in Northern California’s East Bay and San Francisco Bay areas.

Although our firm has a solid understanding of all areas of law, we prefer to focus on specific areas of law. We believe that by specializing, we provide the knowledge and experience to ensure the best possible service to our clients.

In keeping with that philosophy, Bohbot & Riles focuses primarily on providing human resources consulting and investigative services to small and medium-sized business throughout the Bay Area. We also provide our clients with business formation and litigation support.

Bohbot & Riles, LLP cares about the community

Our Law firm is not only dedicated to improving the work environment, but also to improving our community as a whole. To that end, Bohbot & Riles, LLP was one of the top 15 law firms in 2004 to raise funds for the San Francisco AIDS Walk. Bohbot & Riles, LLP sponsors a team for the AIDS Walk every year and continues to raise money for that event.

Additionally, Bohbot & Riles, LLP has supported the local YMCA’s efforts to provide free or lower cost memberships for children and seniors.

Finally, Bohbot & Riles, LLP is committed to helping neighbors, families and friends reach peaceful solutions to their conflicts. Therefore, Bohbot & Riles, LLP has supported and continues to support SEEDS Community Resolution Center which provides pro bono mediation services to Alameda County residents.
