Elizabeth Riles is a founding and the managing partner at Bohbot & Riles. Ms. Riles received her J.D. from Boalt Hall School of Law, UC Berkeley and has been practicing law for the last 11 years. She specializes in human resource consulting, business litigation and mediation.

Ms. Riles is admitted to practice in the State of California, the United States District Court, Northern District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Ms. Riles is a member of the State Bar of California, Oakland Chamber of Commerce, California Women Lawyers, California Employment Lawyers Association, Queen’s Bench Bar Association, Alameda County Bar Association, Law School Consortium Project, Northern California Collaborative and the California Dispute Resolution Council. Ms. Riles also serves on the Boards of the SEEDS Community Resolution Center and the Oakland Youth Orchestra.
